Registration is exclusively possible through the registration form on our website.

Registrations through emails and/or messages are not accepted.

You can register as a single dancer or couple, as leader, follower, or double-role dancer Places for double-rolers are limited.

“First come, first served” is not a priority parameter in the registration process.

We want and need to consider a lot of factors to ensure a good mix of people and role balance at the marathon.

The confirmation of your participation is strictly personal and it is not transferable to another person without the organizers’ authorization.

After your registration, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we received your registration (if you don’t find this email, please check the SPAM folder or contact us).

 

We will reply as soon as possible but not immediately!!!

Please keep in mind that we need time to process requests. After that you will receive an email confirming either your participation or your being put on the waiting list.

 

In your email, you will receive the payment details.

Your participation will only be fully confirmed after we have received your payment.

Payment method – bank transfer

Bank details will be communicated by email once you are accepted.

In case of an extra-European bank transfer, please make sure that the full amount requested is booked to our account. We can’t cover bank services, charges, or other dues.

Any missing amount will be charged at check-in.
